- Child below 05 years on complimentary basis / sharing bed with parents.

- 100% Advance (Non refundable/Transferable) to confirm the booking
Room
- All tents are made of three layer insulated canvas material which keeps the tent cooler during the day time and warmer in the night.
- All the living tents and bath rooms have wooden flooring.
- All tents are wooden furnished with 6.5 feet x 6 feet and 8 inch thick pocketed mattresses.
- Wooden chair and table in each tent with Intercom facility.
- All tents with private lake facing balcony with cane table and chair which gives a beautiful view of the Pangong Lake.
- Electricity back up for night 6:00 to 11:00 PM .
- Hot water available in the morning and evening for 2 hours.
Restaurant
Vegetarian Multi-Cuisine Restaurant (à la carte and buffet)with Lake facing-outdoor dining area serving Indian, Chinese, Continental, South Indian and Gujarati (Jain) food.
Other Amenities:
- Emergency light in each tent.
- Oxygen Cylinder for emergency.

Payment Mode
- Cheque made out to "Overland Escape"
- Outstation payments by draft payable at Leh favoring "Overland Escape"
- Bank transfer (NEFT)
- Payment at Leh or Camp will be accepted in Cash Only
Cancellation Terms
- 50% cancellation of total billing amount (inclusive of 25% Non Refundable / transferable advance Payment) will be charged if cancelled before 15 days of arrival date.
- No refund if cancelled before or within 07 days.
Important Note
- It is compulsory to carry the accommodation voucher to the campsite to avoid inconvenience during check-in.
- Due to natural calamities like flood / landslides / road block clients are unable to reach at campsite, we will issue credit note which can be utilized at any of our campsite /hotel / transport (supplement or reduction extra) till October 2022
- Rates are applicable till 15th October 2022
